Default Aftermarket clutch options?

I have to replace the clutch on my 02 Sportsman 500 HO for the 3rd time. It has a groove in the bottom where the belt rides again. Does anyone know if there are any good aftermarket clutches available for less $$. Or maybe someone here has a clutch for sale???

Let me know please!

-Steve

Hey Steve, have you looked @ HSP/Speedwerx??...They're in the Forrest Lake,MN area. They have some nice setups,I ordered their catalog they have an EBS replacement clutch P/N 1322495 $382.19 and it requires a different belt P/N 3211106 $88.19. It allows the belt to drop down further into the clutch and gives you a better bottom ratio... On the other side do you vary your throttle when you ride so the belt doesn't always ride in the same spot for too long?? Or are you hauling, plowing alot??

1smokin50- Thanks for the info. I never ride with a steady throttle...but I can't speak for the other family members who drive the machine. Everybody seems to operate it correctly. I always tell them to be sure to shift into low when driving slow and/or working the motor. I try to avoid driving conditions where the belt will be riding low in the clutch. No hauling or plowing.

ftwflh- Always been using the stock Polaris belts.
