06 sportsman 500 ho efi

I just purchased a 06 sportsman, my question is will a 14x8 inch wide wheeel fit 26 or 27" tires. any help is greatly appreciated

I have 14" ITP rims, rear is 8" wide and front is 7" I believe. My front tire size is 26x8 and the rear is 26x11. MudLite XTR's come in 27" size, so you have at least two choices. Check with whatever manufacturer you're looking at to see what sizes they offer.
