Greg, thanks, I was needing those NEAPCO U-joint numbers too. I am also looking for the NEAPCO BRAND U-joint Numbers for the prop shaft. (drive-shaft between the tannny and the front differential)Both ends of the prop-shaft u-joints are the same.
I have a bent prop-shaft,( A friend's machine 2000 400 xplorer )Polaris dealer in Tulsa wants 140.00 for the shaft and 54.00 each for the u- joints. I'm gonna have the shaft beefed, so it won't bend again for around 60 bucks at the local machine shop. I'm going to cross the dimensions of the U-joints and go back with NEAPCO.(10-12 bucks each) Polaris uses NEAPCO also, but The Polaris dealer is getting the middle-man cut.(54 bucks). The Napa brand u-joints haven't held up for me (rear-replacements, '98 model SP's). They have broken on several of the Quads that I ride with and also on the ones that I have worked on.
Finally, I would like TO THANK EVERYONE for their input... All Suggestions are welcome! Ride'em hard Polcat
