Just wondering if any of you have had to change out the front diff seal? Mine on my 99 sportsman 500 are leaking a bit. Not too much of a problem now with everything frozen but come spring I will need to change them. I've done rear axle seals on my trucks before, I looked at the diagram and looks pretty straight forward any advice , special tools, besides seal puller? also do you think I should do the bearings too?

Yeah I read that thread, it looks like the same setup as far as the diffs go. I'll probably tear into it in a couple of weeks, lord knows it always takes my dealer forever to get the parts anyway. thanks for the reply.

http://www.leadersmarine.com/ Try them if you need parts. I'm not sure of what they stock but more than a few times I needed odd ball parts for my sons phoenix and polaris would always tell my dealer back order release date 2 months. I would call leaders and have the part in a day or two.
