im wondering what engine size i shoould be looking at, i weigh around 150 160. im looking to get 2 atvs for fun and sand dunes, so what engine size should i be looking at and wheres a good place i can look to buy used atvs, not looking to spend tons of money.

 

heh im a noob, but u can find some good deals on ebay if u just be patient and look around for like a month or so. i got an 06 kfx 400 for 3 grand, and it has a bunch of extras with it like racing pipes n stuff.

only downside is shipping, have to find something with in a few states... i think i paid like 300 for shipping, but even with that i got a good deal

 

The 400 class is a good place to start.....Suzuki Z400 or Honda 400EX. Both are great handling, solid reliable machines. Should be able to find a used on for a reasonable price.

 

ya im always looking on ebay.. i just dont like buying things off of there ive got some bad stuff from ebay. and i hate shipping, id rather be able to ride it before i buy it.

ya ive lloked a the used dealers but there all over priced im looking to get 2 older ones till im comfortable on them, and im always looking n craigslist some thing like 2-4g
