Rancher 420 accessories?
#1
I just got a Rancher 420 ES 4x4. Now it's time to accessorize.. I need some suggestions. What tire and wheel combo will help with trails? Which one looks good? I'm also thinking about a pipe, I will probably go with HMF. Any other suggestions? I don't want a pipe that is hardcore loud either.. lol Help me out, I need to get this thing looking good.

I am running 25" ITP Holeshot ATR radials on some light alloy ITP 12X7" rims (predecessor to Type 4, C-Series). The tires are wider than stock, and the rims have a greater offset, so the quad is a fair bit wider which makes it way more stable....yet, it still isn't so wide that it is a problem on narrow trails.
The combo looks great and these are good all-around tires, but I did pick up a little bump steer and it does now fight me a little in 4wd (feels like it has lockers), so I think going to any bigger tires would compromise this quads sweet handling. This is a trail quad not a monster mud boggger, so don't try to turn it into something it was never designed to be....
I have not looked at aftermarket mufflers or an FI remap, but I do know that I want to keep this machine quiet and stealthy!!!
