#1
Hey Guys, givin ya an update on my pro peg nerf bar project, u can see a slide show on my page - www.myspace.com/woehrle
So far so good, just got them mounted using the stock pegs from my '03 part out, good thing i didnt sell those lol, it is requiring a lot of choppin but they look GOOD and fit better than i thought, biggest worry when i bought the set was makin sure the front fenders would clear, but the deal i got i couldnt pass up, ebay is ur friend! haha lemme know what u guys think so far...

1 slight setback, u cant weld steel to aluminum, from cuttin so much of the foot pegs they arent as strong as id like them to be, since i cant weld them looks like i haveta fab a support bolt from the nerf bar to the peg, which is surprising cause the IMS foot pegs look just like the ones i chopped up, course the heel guard mount to the subframe will sturdy it a lot which is a bonus.

UPDATE! Nerf bars are about done, all thats left is adding in better supports for the foot pegs and im debating on the subframe mount for the heel guards, now that i have the rear fenders mounted they are pretty sturdy, heres an actual link to my progress of customizing them:
