Hey guys pretty new to this bought my friends 98 warrior..just got done replacing the stator. took it out to ride and we were climbing some hills when it would just start bogging down on my like it was going to stall...but on the flats i can hit it wide open and it wont bog down. also when im sitting at idle in neutral i can hit the throttle and go wide open and it wont even rev up a little its like i didnt hit it...any ideas?

 

sounds like a carb problem. take it off, clean it real good and check the floats. wrong float level would explain the bog going up hill but I'm still pondering the idle part. not a real good idea to let it free rev like that.
