I have the Pro Design for my Raptor and i cant get teh filter to slip onto the provided aluminum bracket all teh way, the provided metal frame that goes inside the filter is preventing the foam filter from sliding up on the bracket all the way. Any advice?

 

Push the metal frame of the air cage down past the rubber lip. The metal frame goes on the inside.
