Blaster stroker

Buildin mine again this weekend. Rite now its 60 over, 50 milled head, F7 exhaust, high comp head gasket, 310 jetted carb, an k&n filter, with just a blend on port work. A buddy of mine said that if your port work is not rite it wont work with the stroker crank,( what mite work with stock wont with the stroker), so what i need to know is what is the difference and if there is any what do i need to do, my cuz owns a auto machine shop, he gunna do all my work, any help would be appreciated

SAME STORY DIFFERENT DAY. PUT THAT MONEY YOU WERE GOING TO WASTE ON THE BLASTER AND BUY A BIGGER BIKE. DONT YOU REALIZE PEOPLE LAUGH AT THE GUY THAT RIDES BY ON A BUILT BLASTER. ITS LIKE BEEFING UP A PINTO IT JUST DOESNT MAKE SENSE. AND ONCE YOU FINALLY GET IT FINISHED YOU WILL PROBABLY RIDE IT ONLY A FEW TIMES AND SELL IT FOR A THIRD OF WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT.
