Default Tail Light Wiring

I bought the Tamarack Titan Deluxe Lounger with the tail light. I have the 4 wires coming off the box, and am now trying to figure out how to wire it to my 2007 Sportsman 800cc. Does anyone know of an online wiring diagram or have any ideas on wiring this up? I am not very mechanically inclined. To say the least, it took me 3 days just to decide how to bolt the box down. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you get it with the heated seat and heated grips??? I'm pretty sure you don't need 4 wires to hook up a brake light but could be wrong...I'm not too much help with electical but I bet a couple of theose wires are for the other options...

No heated grips or seat... but still has 4 wires. One for power, one negative, and 2 others. Instructions are in the garage... I understand these 4 wires... but I really need to determine what the color coding is on the brake lights that exist currently on the machine.

On your taillight harness you will have 3 wires. One tail, one ground, and one for brake. I'm not sure of the colors but take a test light and check for power. One will be "hot" with just the key on (tails) one with the brakes on (brake) and the other will be ground.

As for your back seat I'm not sure why you would have 4 wires if you just have a tail light in the seat. If it has a tail light and brake light then you would have only 3 wires. What's the fourth wire for??

The wiring diagram only shows three wires to the tail light assemblies. ORANGE, BROWN, and RED/WHITE.

BROWN is ground.

ORANGE comes from the brake light switch.

R/W must be power.

I don't know what the fourth wire is for.

Default Tail Light Wiring

I installed my rear Seat/Box and taillight/brakelight........I did the connections just behind the latch for the driver seat. This way they will not be exposed to any water unless my a$$ gets wet too!!...LOL...LOL...
Do as scrammy said one for ground ,one for taillights, and one for brake...........does it say what the 4-wires are for in the new Tamarack?...........Caper........

Here is the description of the wiring off of the box:

Green: Direct Connection to Power Source (such as ATV Tail Light)
Yellow: Brake Light
Brown: Parking Light
White: Ground

Now, again, I am not very good mechanically, but logic tells me that Parking light and Tail Light are basically the same thing, isn't it?

So, again, I am in need of schematics from the ATV so I know what wires to cut into. Any ideas?
