lol it would be cool though. I wouldn't ride it, lol. one guy I read about holds the record for the fastest quad. something like 155 mph and he has boosters on it. I believe its a raptor also

 

that would be crazy going 155mph on a quad
before i would do that i would make sure my will is written

Many of us who have been visiting this forum for a while (some of us the better part of a decade) will always remember the "Rocket Raptor" owned by Terry Wilmeth. His forum name is afterburner. He is a real nice guy and certainly knows his stuff when it comes to rocket powered locomotion. I'm sure some remember the very lengthy discussions he and I had concerning his JATO assisted raptor. Like many I was very skeptical about its abilities but I can see some application for it.

In August of 2005, Terry set the ATV World Speed Record at 138.52 miles per hour. The video can be seen on AlbaAction's site here.
