I bought one for my 800 and put on, fit and finish are great. Sound's great too. Not to loud, definatley louder than stock, seems to leave better, but don't have enough room to wind er up. Going to Hatfield in 2 week's for 5 day's, if we come back in one piece I let you know how it did, haha. Also, put the new front motor mount on from NAPA, much hevier duty than Polaris.

Cool, you should post up PICS and lets us know how she does! I am in the SP800 club too, and always looking where I can make improvements..8-) Enjoy your trip there, I want to go BAD and hope to organize a trip maybe next year. Also, for the whole complete AIR-FLOW mod, are you running K&N or a Uni-filter, I hear when you do the Air-flow and the PIPE that is when you get your most gains.

Regards,

The 800 already has a header type pipe compared to the 700 manifold 2 into 1 right at the head.I do have a k@n filter, and I wasn't paying 500.00 and up for a whole system. This was half of that so I could justify it.
