HEY MY 06 WOLVERINE 450 HAS A HARD TIME STAYING COOL IN FLORIDAS HOT WEATHER,SO I WAS WONDERING IF SOMEONE KNOWS OF A COMPANY THAT CAN MAKE ME A RADIATOR TO MY SPECS.ALSO CAN I JUST REMOVE THE THERMOSTAT?I ALREADY USE THE ICE COOL ANTIFREEZE,WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?

 

DON'T remove the thermostat. Replace it with a new one. Yours could be worn out. Have you flushed out your radiator lately?. It could be clogged with gunk, both inside and out.

 

If you are mud riding a muddy deposit builds of on the radiator cooling fins. Spary them down with PB Blaster to remove the flim and it should help with the cooling.

I have seen some of the mud machines that mount an auxilliary radiator on there machines. I think was on highlifter I saw it.
