Default 08 Sportsman 500 H.O. Issues

I am new to this site. No matter how many pictures I save in paint and reduce their size I still cannot upload pics. Any suggestions?

I have a technical question and was hoping someone had run in to this before. I was out on the trails this morning and all of the sudden when I got up to around 3,000 rpm my motor bogged down almost like there was a governor on my motor. It is under warranty, and I am going to take it to my local dealer, but I am baffled as to what the problem might be. One second everything is fine and the next I cannot go faster than 15 mph..........HELP

Huh. I would have guesssed ETC. Intermittent electrical problems are my worst nightmare, because they're so hard to figure out. Mechanical problems tend to be constant and easy to narrow down IMO.

Try Photobucket for the pics.

It's nearly impossible to diagnose an electrical problem like that without actually being able to work on the bike. Once the dealer figures it out though make sure to post the results on here. I use Photobucket for my pics as well and have never had a problem.

you have to make sure the pic is 120x120 and under 100 kbs to make them work. any type of photobucket or something of that nature will work to up load pics from.

Hey Sten, I thought the 120x120 limit was only for avatars. I've seen pictures here that looked more like 1000x800 or 800 x600.

Thank ya'll for responding.

I did check the spark plug when we were out riding and it seems to be in all the way. I hate electrical problems as well. I bought the extended warranty when I purchased the bike......I am going to let them figure it out. As soon as they get it figured out I will post the results.

Pics coming soon. Thanks guys.
