Default Giovanni Starting issues

I have a 110cc Giovanni and am looking for some help. I have read some if not all he posts to figure this out.

I have not been able to get my machine to start this year. I put it away for the winter and no luck this year.

I have a spark, I am getting gas to the carb, I bought a new battery and it is holding a good charge.

I cannot get it to start so I am wondering if it is a solenoid, starting coil, or if I blew the engine.

The reason I wonder about the engine being blown is because when I am trying to get it started that is alot of smoke and no start.

I have tried the carb settings, cleaned it out, checked all wires, and am clueless on what to do next.

If anyone can help that would be great.

try spaying starter fluid around the air cleaner or take off the air cleaner and spay a small amount into the carburetor and then try to start it.
