Just bought a used 92 big bear 350 4x4 and the guy told us we neede to replace the solenoid, we tried that and nothing all it does is click, we took the starter motor off and took it apart cleaned it up and put it back together. we jumped straight from the battery and it worked once we got a ground, put it back on and all we get is a click AGAIN. can anyone help??

Yes this is a Honda section but I will try and help...How is the battery? is it fully charged?, and has it been load tested recently? You need to start at the source before you begin, a starter is no good with a bad battery, know what I mean?

 

yea have a shpo like battery plus check it
