When i engage the AWD the bike pulls hard to the left.Also when i turn the AWD switch off i have to back up the bike to get it to unengage the AWD,very hard to steer.I changed the hub fluids but no change.
Some help would be great.

 

Armature plate probably worn and magnetized, I change out several of these every month and we keep em in stock! Its the three tab metal plate behind the hilliard assy. Will magnetize from wear or if left in awd all the time! Allows hilliard to lock in and jerk hard,usually when just starting up,sometimes gets better as fluid warms. Best to replace both as the other will go too sooner or later. about 10 bucks a piece. Good luck
