Default 1995 polaris sportsman 400 / 2 stoke

all of a sudden i have no head lights...high or low..when i hit high the blue indacator does lite up ... whre should i start...i know it has a fuse block under the head light but is there a fuse box???

Welcome to the forum Mikey. The first thing I would do is unplug the lights and see if there's voltage coming to the light sockets. It may have just blown the bulbs. It's not likely, but I would still I start with the simplist thing first.

On those older Polarises, if the battery goes bad it will take out all of the lights. Just a thought. Doc

your both right..my bat has been dead for a while...and i checked all the connections and i had pwr running to the lights...checked all the bulbs...they are all blown....

thanks for the info it is very much appreciated

sometimes the simplest things are the starting point...

I've heard of them blowing all the bulbs like Doc said, but only if you've been pull starting it and running it <u>after</u> the battery died.

jumbo, that is exactly what has been going on...i had no idea that i couldnt do that

i am picking up a new bat tomorrow along with every bulb that thing takes...lol

If the battery is too weak to start it, but will still crank it a little, I don't think it blows the lights out. I'm not sure but I think it only happens when the battery is dead or very close to dead, not just weak.
