Default Check your CDI Rubber Mount!
Last Friday I took my son out on our 250 Jets, about two hours riding his just stopped running. Looking into it I discovered the cheap Chinese Rubber that holds the CDI had broke and left the CDI bouncing and finally broke a wire on it! I will be wire tying the CDI down now so it does not happen again! May want to check yours!

Ive zip tied the ones on my 125/150 and 200. 250 looked good last time it was ridden. 6/08
