my 1995 polaris 400 scrambler runs fine at first but when it warms up ( 1 to 2 miniutes) it runs very very badly. you can not get the rpm's up once it warms up. i replaced the reed vavles and tried every carborator cofiguration possible...to no avail. can anyone help me before i burn it to the ground out of frusteration.

 

First things first,check compression,must be at least 100', plus could be reverse limiter shorting out (famous for this) pull black wire from limiter module,if runs good then either replace it or as many do, DONT. Will have full power in reverse eliminating override button. These are the first two things I can think of. Good luck
