Default Warrior problems

I have a 2000 warrior atv that I had sitting for two years and now it doesnt run. It just keeps back firing. I cleaned the tank took the carb apart and cleaned it. Does anyone have any Idea what I should try to do next?

Your carb is probably not clean enough. To prove this, remove the spark plug and pour in a little bit of fresh fuel. It only takes a little bit, like enough to fill a 20 oz plastic Coke bottle top. Then re-install the plug and try to fire it up. If it cranks, then I was right. If it doesn't crank, then your timing could be off or your valves could be bent, but just sitting for 2 years will not cause those problems. You could do a compression test to prove if the valves are good.

It would be a good idea to install a new plug and make sure the battery and starter are turning the engine fast enough to start it up.

I will take the carb off again tomorrow and clean both jets. Hopefully thats all it is. How do I adjust the carb correctly? Is there any standard screw turns?
Thanks for your help
