Hey old polaris tech,found the problem
On the sputtering 800, hooked to computer and the setting fot theTPS was way low, like 4.11 supposed to be 720 something, any way we turned the adjustment to where it should be and she runs like a top. Thanks for your ideas, thought I'd pass along what we found.
