Just about cleaned up the old machine, however the starter is froze up. Does anyone have any suggestions, only for the mechanically inclined for an answer, thanks.

If it was under water then it could be couple of things. Starter may be stuck from corrision or and the engine could be full of water and not letting the starter turn the it over. 2 bolts on the back side of the starter. May have to remove the inner clutch cover to get it off. I have done without removing the clutch cover but it is a pain.
