I am in the process of buying a never used 82' honda atc 250R motor, and I want to put it in trx chassis. DOes anybody know which year an 82' would fit in. If not what would have to be done in order to make it bolt on, and who would I have to know to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

 

As far as I know, none of the 250R three-wheeler motors that were made before 1985 will fit in a TRX250R chassis. New motor mounts would have to made to make it fit, along with an pipe and airbox boot.
