have a 8? moto4 it wont run unless you work choke on and off and if you let off the choke it pops back thru carb. also need help on year it is blue and has moto 4 sticker on back its a 200.

take the carb off and clean really really good, use a small wire like in a bread twist tie (w/o the plastic) to clean the small holes (twist tie reccommended by a fellow board member here). It seems to be the nature of the old moto 4's to have dirty carbs.

 

Did that will run now but the fuel screw is out about 5 turns to get it to run right any help on year trying to get a carb kit thanks

 

I forget exactly where the serial # is but I know it's on the left side (if sitting on it) down somewhere on the frame in front of the engine or near the foot peg it may be a pain to find. From the serial number the dealership should be able to give you the year.
