In black sealed pouch in front of battery behind side panel. Can use a test light to see if 12 volts on wires on either side,if not then themal fuse probably corroded. They are designed to shut off and reset, but can go bad also. This is the 20 amp main fuse(thermal fuse) that provides power to ignition, speedo, etc. If shows current on one side only, slice pouch and check connections, also can jump leads to see if power then goes to speedo, etc. Easily replaceable part, comes with sealed pouch and wires to splice back in. Also should be another fuse under front panel that controls fan, lights, etc.
