if you think its getting too much gas then pull the plug and see if its wet, or fuel in the cylinder. wipeing the plug off can help you on the next try

are you pumping the throttel at all? or is the choke on?

if you let it set, see if the carb body has any gas in it...if so you may have a warn needle and seat. that would be the most common flooding problem if the choke is closed and you are not pumping the throttel.

if you have had the quat along time and its just starting to do this i would bet the needle and main jet are warn

that can indicate wear on the needle, usually the needle will be one consistant color, no blemishes or rings ect. i suggest replaceing
http://www.bikebandit.com/ hit OEM parts, easy fix and wont cost alot of $'s

ok, dont pump the throttle, and try starting it with only part choke.

but this will only help if you are sure that its flooding the cylinder & plug. if its oil, not gas that is doing it then you are not flooding.
