I got on my atv yesterday, and it iwll not get up to speed. It feels like it is bogged down somehow. It wil usually go at least 50 mph though I rarely do. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

 

You need to give more info:
> What year?
> How long it's been not used?
> Does engine rev up OK in neutral?
> Does it feel like mechanical bogging or electrical limitation?

Yours is as same as mine, '05.
My guess is it could be a carburetion related issue such as choke plunger hanging up, resulting in running too rich condition.
> Check plugs.
> If fouled, remove choke plunger (two, one for each carb) assembly from the carbs and clean/reinstall.
