Default Gorilla Winch, bad product, Bad customer service

I bought and installed a Gorilla 3000lbs XTR winch on my Polaris 600 Twin. Its primary job was to raise and lower my snowplow. On the first use the synthetic cable snapped while raising the blade. I also experienced issues with the winch ocassionally not wanting to retrieve the cable yet it would still pay it out.

The only reason I had given this brand a chance (and not a Warn etc.) is because of the reviews I had read about the customer service being so great. I figured that for what I was going to use this winch for it would last a long time and I would likely not need customer service.

I have contacted Gorilla Winch and gave them a week to respond....that was a week ago and still...no word!!
