Default Head Gasket Repair - 99 Warrior

By the end of fall last year, I noticed that my head gasket was started to leak. I want to replace it this winter so i'm ready to ride in the spring.

Anyone have tips for a smooth swap? I'm worried about messing up the timing, and blowing my motor.

Get a Clymer manual, it has step by step instructions, when I pulled the head and jug on my Wolverine the first time I rebuilt it, it was a godsend, pictures and great instructions. I could tell you what I did, but for 20 bucks, the manual won't forget anything or leave out any important tips.
