Big Gun Full Exhaust, Prow-flow ;No Airbox Lid, Sparks Ign. Advance -this jetting sound right?

I am runnin the same setup as you except for the Ing advance, tell me a little about it, i am not familiar with it. As for as the other mods go my jetting seems to be pretty good and i am runnin the 165, 170 setup with the BG full exhaust and the pro desing kit and no lid.It runs about 81mph with a 14 tooth front.

It advances the timing. It gave my atv a little more pep from stock. It also keeps the idle "up" longer when you let off the gas(if you do!!). I've seen a dyno somewhere(vito's piston on banshee(project banshee) that showed a before and after of this item and the increase was about 2hp. Not bad for 15$.

I think the key makes it a little rich but with the Abox lid off it Will even them out? I think they are swapping the jets so they don't have to buy another one. Ex.- They need to go from 145/150 to 150/155. Swap the 145 for the 150 on the other side and just buy the 155.

It was real white with the lid off. After I put the a. lid back on it, the plug looked a little better but still lean I believe, but it still was not liking the upper RPMs at all, I'm bedazzled at this point. It runs fine thru 1/4 throttle.
