Does your 4x4 work? Usually if the speedo goes out, the 4x4 stops working. I have heard that the speedo's get moisture in them and stop working sometimes.

Try taking it off and putting it in a bucket full of rice for a day or so. I am guessing I am the first person to suggest this, but try it. If it is a moisture problem, that will probably fix it. Please post back if you try it and let us know how it goes. It works for cell phones that get wet anyway, and a bucket of rice is a lot cheaper than a $300 speedometer.

Its the "Hall Effect Sensor" If you AWD still works. $80 to replace.

yeah it is mounted on the right side, it has a wire that runs up into your pod easy to change, it is bolted real close to the disk so its easy to change
