4x4 on 95 sportsman 400 isnt working

4x4 on 95 sportsman 400 isnt working
irecently made a mistake and bought this wheeler off ebay! got to riding it and realized the 4x4 wouldnt disengage on the right side so naturally I tore into it and found both hubclutches were trash. I got new parts and got er back together but now they both dont work. any suggestions would be appreciated!

be sure the armature plate gap is exactly what the manual requires and that you are getting power to both sides
also be sure the AWD light is lit up.TRy holding a little pressure on te shifter to see if that helps goingg into 4x4( switch inside shift gets worn)
