Default 02' 250 2X4 Starter Solenoid?

I have a 02' 2X4 that won't start with the starter button. I have read the other posts that are similar and they have helped but here is my current delima. I have replaced the starter and the neutral start relay only to still have a no start issue. The battery tests good. I read that I should check the starter solenoid but I am unsure of were it is and how to test it? Any info would be appreciated. I get a very quiet click around the neutral relay when the button is pushed?

Thanks for any help you can give.

Default testing procedure

You will need a multi tester and a external 12v power supply or a seperate battery.

Locate the unit in front off the rr tire under the seat
1)disconnect the battery, verify the 30 amp fuse is good, disconnect ALL wires
2)set your meter to the ohms position
3)Connect leads to each of the heavy terminal posts
4)The meter should read open LEAVE them on the posts
5)get your 12 v source with the ohm meter leads still on posts connect the Power supply leads the each terminal of the solenoid. The should be a audible click from the relay and the ohms should be less than 1.
6) If there was no click from the relay or if reading is more than 1 replace the unit
7) With your 12 v source still connected use the red test lead to touch heavy red terminal. then touch the black lead to the starter side, it must read under 1 ohm.
8)Disconnect the 12v source and connect the leads to each small terminal it should read 4.3 ohms plus or minus 20% tolerance. If there is no resistance replace it.
