GIO 110cc mini Hummer ATV QUAD with 4 Stroke Engine
Hello my first post in hopes that my son can ride again, been awhile searching all over the net trying to find answers and cant find a place so I'm hoping the nice people here will have answers for me. And yes Ive been all over the Giovanni site and still no answers, All they have is a user manual which is rather useless for what i need to know.
1:How do i adjust the chain tension, it slips when it start out due to excessive slack. And if there's a picture available that would be nice
2: Where can i get a wiring diagram?, my Headlights and tail lights suddenly stopped working while running down the road.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Check out the following thread from just a few days ago:

Look at the links to two different service manuals for 110cc machines. They aren't for Giovanni in particular, but probably are very similar if not exactly the same. The Adventure Imports has both a wiring diagram and chain adjustment procedure (with pictures).
