Follow that click with your ears. This is coming from the starter solenoid. It is just a remote controlled high current switch that hooks the battery plus terminal directly to the starter. Since it is going click, the remote control stuff is working - i.e. the ignition switch, start button, and brake safety interlock.
To see if the solenoid is good take a screwdriver and manually short together the big studs on the solenoid. If you follow those wires one will go back to the battery plus, the other goes to the starter. Don't mind a few sparks when you do this since starter motors draw 35 amps or so. Does the starter turn? If so then your solenoid is bad.
If the starter doesn't turn then get a voltmeter and measure the voltage on the starter terminal to engine ground while the solenoid is going "click". If you have 12 volts then the starter is bad or the engine is frozen up (very unlikely unless your forgetting to tell us something about the last ride). If you don't have 12 volts then you have a bad connection somewhere in the wiring from the battery plus through the solenoid to the starter, or the ground return from the engine frame to the battery minus terminal.

Turn on your headlights and turn on the igntion. Do the headlights work? I'm checking to see if you have power at all making it to the quad wiring harness.
With the ignition on step on the brake. Does the brake light come on? This is checking the brake switch to make sure it is working. Remember that the brake must be on before the starter button will work. The wiring uses the brake switch to supply power to the solenoid actuator coil through the start button. If your brake switch is misadjusted or not working then the start button won't work.
Does your quad have the remote start/stop radio control module installed?

i bought a new battery about a week ago shouldn't bebad already once i jump start the atv it works fine like nothing is wrong with it lights come on brake lights work but as soon as i turn it off if i don't hook the battery charger up to it nothing at all but as soon as i do it clicks fromthe relay i am not surewhat it is i am making a educated guess by saying it is the starter but i am not sure

I'm still sticking with the bad battery! I'm assuming the new battery has acid in it? and was charged when new? Any way it's gotta be the battery because you can start it by jumping it with another battery! Take the battery to a auto parts store and they may be able to test it!

I have to agree with outofline. If jumping to a new battery makes things work fine, and the new battery won't charge then the battery is bad. A couple posts ago when you said "I just jumped it" I thought you were refering to jumping across the solenoid, not jumping the battery to a new one.
When you replace the battery you'll need to make sure the quad charging system is working, though killing a battery so it won't take a charge in just a week is unlikely from charging problems alone.
