How do you change the one way bearing? Would it be something I would want to take to the shop?

 

what are you calling a one way bearing??????? are you talking about the sprag clutch behind the flywheel, if you are you will need a fly wheel puller and a impact wrench to get the flywheel off it will not come off any other way so don't try.

 

I thought he was referring to the one behind the freostatic wave generator - you know that thing that makes the spark plugs rotate backwards in their holes.

 

yes your correct the freostatic wave generator is hook to the bottem of the plugs to keep them in place and send a freostatic sound wave out the exhuast to create an extra 12 hp
