Bighorn Tires on a 2009 XP550
#1
I just bought a new set of tires for my XP550, and when I put the rear wheel on, it touches the sway bar
. Has anyone else had a problem like this? And of coarse, if you did, how did you fix it?

Wheel spacers or modify the sway bar.

Pardon the newbie question but would it be an absolute no-no to just remove the sway bar? I know I threw my jeep's rear sway bar away years ago. I also realize a Jeep and ATV are not the same animals so just curious if the sway bar on an ATV is necessary or just there to keep Polaris out of court?

Dublin..you could remove the sway bar but you would quickly find that the body roll is increased dramatically and likely end up putting it back on.
