Has anyone built one? I got my first weekend on the new new 27" Highlifter Outlaws and I definately want to snorkel it now. I see the kits around $200 and are probably worth the money, but I am just one of those guys who would rather build my own and save some $$$. Anyone have any pics or plans they could share?
