I spray mine from under the front wheels with a low nozzle on the gas pressure washer..........They seem to built up with dirt/mud from the back side(fan).
Just don't use too much pressure or the cooling fins on the rad will bend and fold over..............Flushing with a garden hose for a longer period of time will do the trick also........Caper.........
