Default 2002 sportsman 400 clutch removal how to?

2002 sportsman 400, wondering what is needed to take apart clutch, and check one way bearing for EBS(Engine braking system)...and remove the bearing

Is this bearing expensive or? I live in Canada

also do I need special tool, or is there a short cut way to remove anything? and specifics would help. thanks...

And is teher a proper way or tool needed to put it back together as well...Thanks

To remove the Drive pully you need The VST T-Handle Clutch puller Part# 2870506. and a strap wench to hold the clutch from turning as you use it.

I do believe the 2002 400 Sportsman didn't come with factory EBS... I know my 400 hasn't got it... better double check before tearing into the primary looking for something that might not be there... tj

The easy way to know is it should be printed "EBS" on the belt cover.
