Default Locktite yes or no

Getting ready to put my swingarm back on my 06 trail boss and needed to know if I should use locktite on the pivot bolts and also the clutch bolts. There didn't seem to be any on them when I disassembled everything but I did notice some type of blue looking grease on threads of the pivot bolts. If I do need to use locktite what color should I use.

I always use locktite on all my bolts. The one time I didn't a few weeks ago, it came back and bit me. I like the red locktite for high strength and temp.

If you want to take the bolt back off again, use blue.

Red will be labled as Loctite, blue will be labled as thread locker.

Use blue ONLY on things you want to get apart later.Red can pull the threads.
I would use it on swingarm parts but not the clutch bolt.

I use Blue on any bolt/nut size 8mm and smaller...Red on the larger bolts....Thats a 8mm bolt/nut, not a bolt/nut that uses a 8mm wrench..
