Default Locktite on predator flywheel nut???

I've stripped two crank timing keys on my 03 preddy because like an idiot I didn't torque the flywheel nut down properly. This time gonna do it right and get a torque wrench. Any downside to putting a little locktite on the threads to make sure it doesn't happen again??

Thx.

Only getting it back off.. I use locktight on almost everything.. NEVER USE IT ON CARBS!! lol. Otherwise, crank that baby down and enjoy knowing nothing will rattle loose. Also, make sure you didn't forget to put anything else on..

If anything you may have to heat it up to remove it. They have different strengths, too.

Don't have the Predator manual, but the three places I've seen posted show 111 to 125 foot pounds which sounds high to me. This link to a cheap $6.95 pdf service manual is your best bet unless someone on the forum has one that can verify the torque specs.
