Unit has k/n air filter the only mod.Had a problem with gas leaking from overflow tube on carb. Found that I had trash in carb cleaned the carb and installed in line fuel filter. Now I have trouble with starting. Although once unit starts it runs well.Except for wanting to crawl a little in gear.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I bet you don't have an owner's manual....huh????
As for crawling in gear, you may just need to turn the idle down a little. Black **** on side of carb. See owner's manual if you have one.
From another post....the clutch adjuster is a screw on the front of the engine. Again, see owner's manual! We have posted the procedure in here a hundred times, so I will try to find a link.
Flows gas out of the carb overflow.....you probaby have a bit of grit under the float needle. Mine had done this a couple times over the last 10 years that I have had it, and I just go out and land a few big jumps and that jars the float and the grit dislodges.
