Default New Kid on the Block Need major Help

I need to know if anyone can point me in the right direction. The other day, I was at a job sight, and some guy, who was fixing a quad, park the quad in front of my work truck. Well I did not know the ATV was there. Yes you guessed it, I ran over the thing. I was so pissed. I had bent the rear axle and the left side Hub. Well the guy took off and the owner came out. Well I am to blame for running over the quad. Now the real problem, I, for the life of me, can not find any parts for this thing. It is an ODES 110CC Kids quad. I went on the internet and can not find anything on this quad. I took it to a local repair shop, here in Vegas who sells the Chinese Knockoffs, and still no go. I am stuck in between a rock and a hard place. Can someone please help me out.

Take a picture of it and post it on here most of the chinese quads have interchangable parts especially on the smaller kids ones.

Did you google odes? They are a common brand.

Maybe you are worrying about this too much. You are only responsible up to the fair market value of the quad. Used 110cc kid quads that were in need of repair *before* you ran into it aren't worth that much.

So were you offering to fix this yourself? I wouldn't. This is an invitation to get taken advantage of. You'll be rebuilding the engine before you know it.

Why not just tell your insurance company? As accidents go this is really small potatoes. There's no harm in settling it yourself if the other party is being reasonable, but if they are starting to jack you around then let the insurance company handle it.
