I took everything off the frame to paint it when i put it back togeather no juice but the bttery still read good with a multi meter, If i can get some help in narrowing this problem with a few multi meter test would be great.
When i had my battery out it fell and rolled over, May have a bad cell but still reads good.
I have the manual but my dog chewed that part of the book to peices, everything else in the book is good so im kinda stuck.
Thanks for the help
I think the guy im looking for is (HondaMechanic)

Ok thanks for the respone, I broke out the multimeter and traced a fuse blown by the battery. Its the 15 amp fuse.
Well i un hooked all the easy to access connections to the wire harness praying to got it wasn't an expensive peice.
Pluged the fuse back in and it didnt blow.
So pluged everything back in into it blew all a sudden.
So i rechecked it with another fuse and hooked all the rest but that one back and the fuse is fine.
Well It wound up being the 3 wires, WHITE, GREEN and BLUE wires that run up to the start/stop /Electronic shift buttons/Headlight Switch/High and low controls.
Now is where i can use some help.
Never been in there before but something is in there causing the fuse to blow and i dont know why all a sudden. I did take the wire harness completely off and put it back and this happens.

Much Gratitude to HondaMechanic, I wound up having two connecters mixed up and causing the fuse to blow.
The connector to the headlights got switched around.
You should have seen my eyes when i saw the neutral light come on, The diagram made it happen, Glad i have it know that the dog chewed it up.
HondaMechanic if you read this can you send me something on the rear end and swing arm with the drive shaft , Im gonna change the bearings out.
Thanks greatly
