The one way bearing is on the drive (or primary clutch). For the EBS to work, it takes both clutches. Basically the primary clutch engages the belt and turns the secondary clutch which in turn slows down the machine.

yes it is the DRIVE (primary) clutch, not the driven clutch(secondary,transmission) that has the one way bushing
