Default Polaris 2 stroke 90cc

I am working in this for my neice. I need the ring end gap and the cylinder to piston clerence and the stock bore size. This would be let me know if I need to bore it and how much.

They are set up pretty tight from the factory. If the bottom of piston to bottom of cylinder skirt is over .0025 I would bore to next oversize. Just insert piston into cylinder from the bottom and pull piston against one side and use a feeler gage,easiest way to check. New bore should be between .001 to .0015 final clearance after honing. Ring end gap minimum .008
