Time for new rear tires.

I know a Goodyear Mud Runner 25x11x10 will fit. Mine came stock with Tracker CL's of this same size.

Does anyone know if a Titan AT589 25x12x10 will fit without modification? It would be one inch wider.

Thanks.

Be sure on your measurements. The Rancher rear tire (4x4) is 24x9x11, and the I think the mudrunner you're looking at upgrading to is the 25x10x11; 11" being the rim diameter, 10" being the tire width. Does the 589 you're referencing have a 10" rim diameter and a 12" width?

Here's the site where that size Mud Runner is offered for sale. Scroll down and it's the first tire advertised. Not a bad price either unless they goofed. This dealer is local for me and I'd like to support him.

My Rancher came fitted with 25x11x10 rear, 24x8x12 front. I'm trying to duplicate what has worked well under lots of adverse conditions.

Big squeeze-- I see that you're running with a 4x2 so the tire should fit on the stock rims. Currently I'm running 26x12 mud runner's on mine; and they fit with no rubbing. Expect a huge diffence in traction and a small decrease in power. Also you now can start to attack mudhole that you could not before.

You get those tires. After this past weekend we rode with a 2wd Rancher with 589's. This guy was able to go almost everywhere the 4x4's went. Great tire.

If you want a good deal get the 589's at www.rockymountainatv.com. They're 62.99 for the size that fits stock rims on Rancher 4x2. I just got some for my 4x2 Rancher and they are bad in the mud!! They ride pretty smooth on hardpack too which most other mud tires don't. Just my opinion.
